1. Delivery Areas
We currently provide shipping within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
- Note: For international shipping, please contact our customer service for a custom quote.
2. Shipping Rates & Timeline
We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once processed, the estimated delivery times are:
- West Malaysia: 3–5 business days.
- East Malaysia: Not Support.
- Shipping Fees: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel via our courier partner’s website.
4. Fragile Items & Packaging
As we specialize in home decor, we take extra care in packaging. All fragile items (mirrors, glass, ceramics) are wrapped in multiple layers of protective material.
- Important: We highly recommend customers film an unboxing video upon receiving fragile items to assist with insurance claims if any damage occurs during transit.
5. Self-Pickup Option
If you prefer to collect your items personally, you may select “Self-Pickup” at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, KS Home Decor is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, festive peak seasons, or adverse weather conditions.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs for returned parcels will be borne by the customer.
