Refund and Returns Policy

At KS Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized home decor items.
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
3. Damages and Issues (Quality Check)

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [davidmookmhs@gmail.com].
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 working days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
